DHAKA UNIVERSITY: The syndicate members of Dhaka University have said that the quota reform demonstrations can not be associated with the attack on official residence of Vice Chancellor of Dhaka University.

The meeting was organized in the conference room of Nawab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban at DU on Monday evening (April 9).

The syndicate members said, “The attack was planned. An attack on the residence of VC, an attempt to kill VC and his family members is like an attempt to destabilize the university and the country.

Meanwhile, a five-member probe committee was formed to investigate the incident, measure the extent of loss, track down culprits, and to submit result within two weeks.
