GAZIPUR: Twenty five shops of a market in Vogra bypass area under Gazipur City Corporation have been burnt in a fire on Monday (April 9) morning.

Fire erupted around 6 am. Later, fire service personnel put out the blaze after one-hour of battle, Banglanews correspondent reports.

The damage caused by the fire was estimated 12 lakhs.

Fire broke out in Osman Ali Super market. Two units of Joydevpur Fire Service extinguished the flame, senior Station Officer of fire service Md. Zakir Hossain told Banglanews.
