DHAKA: An unidentified man was killed as a bus hit him in Sabujbagh area of Dhaka Saturday (March 24).

The deceased was aged around 35.

The deceased was clad in white-printed shirt and lungi. Police is trying to identify him.

Sabujbagh Police Station Sub-Inspector (SI) Mokhlesur Rahman told Banglanews that a bus of Himachol Paribahan hit the man while he was crossing the road before Kamlapul School & College, around 11:30am. 

The bus was seized but the driver managed to flee away, he said.

However, the body was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) for an autopsy, added the SI.
