NATORE: Expressing strong hope, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said his government will transform Bangladesh into a middle income country by 2021 and a rich one in South Asia by 2041.

The premier said it while addressing the 6th Reunion of the Bangladesh Army Engineer Corps at the Engineer Centre and School of Military Engineering (ECSME) at Qadirabad Cantonment in Dayarampur of Natore on Thursday (February 22). 

She said, “Our goal is to develop the country with our own money so that no one can show negligence to Bangladesh.”  

Earlier, she reached Qadirabad Cantonment of Natore at 11:30 am. She was received by Chief of Army General Abu Belal Mohammad Shafiul Huq and others.
