DHAKA: A ministerial level meeting of Bangladesh and Myanmar has begun in Dhaka Friday (February 16).

Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal is leading the Bangladesh side while his Myanmar counterpart Lieutenant General Kyaw Swe is leading his delegation.  

The meeting has begun at the conference room of the secretariat, at 3:00pm.

Myanmar home affairs minister Swe was earlier accorded a guard of honor. 

Apart from Rohingya, drug smuggling and cooperation among the border forces of the two countries are expected to get importance in the meeting.
