JESSORE: Police recovered the body of another unidentified youth with bullet wounds from Jessore on Sunday (January 21), a day after five other bodies were recovered in the district.

The body was recovered from underneath a bridge at Bandhura area at Bagharpara upazila in the district at noon.  

In-charge of Bhitabollya Police Camp of Bagharpara Amir Hossain confirmed the matter to the Banglanews.

Earlier in the morning, police recovered another body who was reportedly killed in gunfight from Chhutipur area in Jessore upazila sadar in the morning.  

Earlier on Saturday (January 20), four suspected criminals were killed in separate gunfights with their rivals in sadar upazila and Jhikargachha upazilas of Jessore. None of them could be identified.
 
The reported gunfight took place between two gangs of criminals at Kedarpur Bridge in Keshabpur upazila early on Friday (January 19).
