DHAKA: Police recovered the body of a caretaker of a house in Mirpur of Dhaka early Thursday (January 18).

The deceased was identified as Farid Mia, 22.

Mirpur Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Nazrul Islam told Banglanews that on information from the locals they recovered the body from in front of the house holding no.604 in Monipur area of Mirpur, at around 6:00am.

The body was sent to Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital morgue.

How the caretaker was killed is being investigated, said the OC.
