CHITTAGONG: The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) in a drive on Sunday (December 10) arrested three engineers of the Chittagong Development Authority (CDA) over graft charges.

The arrestees are- CDA’s assistant engineers Golam Sarwar and Hamidul Haque, and deputy assistant engineer Jahangir Alam.

An ACC team arrested them from the CDA building at noon.

Additional superintendent of police (ASP) and deputy director of the ACC Lutful Kabir confirmed the matter to the Banglanews.

The ACC filed some cases against the engineers during the last caretaker government. The three were arrested in the cases.
