2 missing children found dead in Brahmanbaria

BRAHMANBARIA: Police recovered the bodies of two children from a canal in Brahmanbaria district town on Monday (November 20), a day after the children went missing.

The children are- Bahauddin Shuvo, 4, son of Mahbubur Rahman of West Medda area in the district town, and Naon Adhikari, 4, son of Chandan Adhikari of the same area.

Officer in-Charge (OC) of Brahmanbaria Sadar Police Station Md. Nabir Hossain said that the two children went missing on Sunday (November 19).

After a long search in the neighborhood, families lodged a General Diary (GD) with police station.

The following day, locals found their bodies floating in the canal, and informed police.

Later, police recovered the bodies at around 1: 30 pm and sent the bodies to the District Sadar Hospital morgue for post-mortem.
