Madrasa student’s throat-slit body recovered in city

DHAKA: Police recovered the throat-slit body of a madrasa student from his madrasa at Gulistan in the city early on Monday (November 20).

The deceased was identified as Abdur Rahman Jidan, 11, student of Madinatul Ulum Hafezia Madrasa. He is son of Hefez Uddin of Gafargoan upazila in Mymensingh.

Officer-in-charge (OC) of Paltan police station Rezaul Karim told the Banglanews that they recovered the body and sent it to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) for autopsy.
