CHITTAGONG: A young man was killed as a bus crashed him on Chittagong-Cox’s Bazar Highway in Satkania upazila of Chittagong early Tuesday (November 14).

The deceased was identified as Nurul Amin, 24.

Chittagong District Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Aman Ul Haque told Banglanews that a bus crashed Nurul while he was standing at an accident site out of curiosity, at around 4:00am.

Nurul was taken to Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) in a critical condition.

The physicians at CMCH emergency unit pronounced him dead at around 5:00am.

However, the culprit bus was seized, said the ASI.
