PABNA: The rail communications with north and southern parts of the country were restored at around 10:45am after a 3-hour disruption on Sunday (October 22).
The rail links were earlier snapped as mud jolted aside under a railway bridge in Pabna, triggered by heavy rainfall.
Ishwardi Government Railway Police (GRP) Station Abdul Halim Khan told Banglanews that the mud nudged aside beneath the no.21 railway bridge near Goakhora station in Chatmohar.
The rail movements through the line were retrieved later as the repair work was done within hours.
