DHAKA: Jordan’s Queen Rania Al-Abdullah is expected to visit Bangladesh, to inspect the situation of Myanmar’s Rohingyas sheltered at the Cox’s Bazar refugee camps.

She is scheduled to arrive in Dhaka by a special flight next week.

Later, she will fly to Cox’s Bazar.

Earlier, Turkish First Lady Emine Erdogan came to Bangladesh on September 7 and visited the Rohingyas in Kutupalong refugee camps.

However, more than 5 lakhs of Rohingyas entered Bangladesh after fleeing the barbaric violence in Myanmar’s Rakhine state following an upsurge on August 25 this year.
