DHAKA: A fire broke out at Central Police Hospital in Dhaka’s Rajarbagh Thursday (October 19).

On information, five service units rushed to the scene and doused the fire immediately.

Casualties of the fire couldn’t be known immediately.

Witnesses said that the fire ensued at the medicine storeroom of the hospital building at around 01:00pm. 

The fire might have been originated from an electric switch board, said sources from the Fire Service Head Quarters.

However, five units from the Fire Service Head Quarters and its Motijheel and Khilgaon sections doused the blaze.
