DHAKA UNIVERSITY: The authorities of Dhaka University published the admission test results of ‘Ka’ and ‘Cha’ unit for the academic session 2017-2018.

A total of 23.37 per cent students passed in ‘Ka’ unit and only 2.75 per cent passed in ‘Cha’ unit, according to a Dhaka University press release.

DU Vice-Chancellor Professor Akhtaruzzaman formally announced the results at the central admission test office of the Registrar building on Wednesday morning (Oct 18).

The results can be viewed through the university website (admission.eis.du.ac.bd) or via short message service (SMS) of any mobile operator. For ‘Ka’ unit result, aspirants will have to type “DU Ka (Roll No)” in the message option and send it to 16321 No. Same procedure goes for viewing ‘Cha’ unit result except writing ‘CHA’ in the message option instead of ‘Ka’.

A total of 82, 453 students participated in the ‘Ka’ unit admission test and a total of 19,267 passed. On the other hand, a total of 11,072 students participated in the ‘Cha’ unit tests while only 304 secure pass marks.
