BENAPOLE (JESSORE): Rail link on the Khulna-Benapole route restored after 24-hours of disruption caused by derailment of a bogie of a commuter train.  
 
Rail communications on this international route resumes at 9:00 am on Monday (October 16).
  
Senior engineer of Mechanical Department at Benapole Station Golazar Hossain confirmed the matter to Banglanews.

Earlier, on Sunday (October 15), derailment occurred at Sharshar Shyamolgaci area of Jessore at 9:30 am.
