DHAKA: Biman Bangladesh Airlines cancelled a hajj flight scheduled for Jeddah city of Saudi Arabia Saturday (August 13).
The flight—BG-9077-- were scheduled to leave here at 10:25am.
Biman spokesperson Shakil Meraj said that the flight was suspended due to passenger shortage.
However the flight was rescheduled to fly at 05:30pm on August 25, he added.
Biman so far have cancelled total 24 dedicated hajj flights till filing this report Saturday morning.
Consequently, hajj pilgrims have expressed utter dissatisfaction over large-scale flight cancellations this time.
