DHAKA: Law Minister Anisul Huq said that the government in principle decided to form an Independent Public Prosecution. 

He made the disclosure while talking to reporters after a Law Ministry related meeting at the 3rd and last day of the District Commissioners conference in Dhaka on Thursday (July 27).

The minister said, “I have talked with the District Commissioners about government’s decision on this issue. Independent Prosecution Service (INFEZS) will be formed step by step and the recruitment task for this service might be handed over to Bangladesh Judicial Service Commission.”
