ICT appoints new registrar

DHAKA: International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) appointed a district judge from Chandpur as its new registrar Sunday (July 23).

Judge M Selim Mia of Women and Children Repression Tribunal-Chandpur replaced former ICT registrar M Shahidul Islam Jhinuk.

Meanwhile, Jhinuk has been posted as a district judge for Sunamganj. 

Law and Justice Department of the Ministry for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs published a gazette regarding the shift Sunday.
