FENI: A housewife on Sunday (June 25) reportedly committed suicide at Sonagazi upazila in Feni district following extra marital relation.

The deceased was identified as Anika Nafiz, 20, wife of Moshiur Rahman of Gopalgoan village of Kuthirhat Char area in the district. She married to Moshour Rahman, so of Elias Patwary, three months ago.

She committed suicide at about 11:00 am. Later, police recovered the hanging body of Anika Nafiz. She wrote a suicidal note before committing the suicide.  

Officer-in-charge (OC) of Sonagazi police station Humayun Kabir confirmed the matter to the Banglanews.
