DHAKA: CNG filling stations will remain closed for six hours every day during the month of Ramadan across the country.
    
State Minister for Power and Energy Nasrul Hamid Bipu said it in a press briefing at the power office on Thursday afternoon (May 25).
 
He said the gas stations will be shut between 5:00pm and 11:00pm everyday. The decision was made to improve the overall power distribution in Dhaka city ahead of Ramadan that starts on May 27.
