3 receive bullet wound in city

DHAKA: Three Juba League leaders were received bullet wound in an attack at the ward Juba League office in city’s Mohakhali area Sunday noon.

They are general secretary of 20 no. ward Juba League Zakir Hossain, 32, members of same ward Mohammad Ali, and members of 38 no. ward Juba League Mostafa Mohsin Nayan.

The injured were admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.

Joint General Secretary of 20 no. ward Juba League Nazrul Islam Sumon said a group of 10 to 12 people attacked on the preparation meeting of central conference at the party office around 12pm, leaving three leaders injured.

“We could not identify the attackers,” he added.
