Regency AGM held

DHAKA: Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort Ltd, a 5 star new-generation business class hotel on Airport Road which has already built quite a portfolio since its inception five years ago, held its 5th Annual General Meeting on Thursday.
 
The event was held at the hotel’s elegant venue-the Rendezvous Lounge attended by the hotel’s honorable directors, shareholders, senior management team, et al.
 
Consistent to the agenda, the 5th AGM approved the hotel’s audit report and financial statement for the year 2011, as well as declared cash dividend of 20 percent per share before its shareholders.

Following the declaration, the Executive Director of Dhaka Regency gave a presentation, bringing the hotel’s various accomplishments and progress made over the past five years to the attention of the shareholders.

After various discussions regarding the hotel’s future plan, the meeting was closed following a speech and with the consent of the hotel’s Chairman.
