BNP leader killed in Khulna

KHULNA : A local BNP leader was killed by miscreants at Dhania village under Dumuria upazila of the district on Thursday morning.

The deceased was identified as Golam Mohammad alias Sutuk, 46, publicity member of Khornia union BNP.

Brother of the deceased Golam Rasul told banglanews that an unidentified person asked him to go out on Wednesday night and from then he did not return.

Locals found him dead in Khornia union parishad area on Thursday morning, said a spot account of the incident.

On information, police recovered the body and sent it to Khulna Medical College Hospital morgue.
