8 DMP mobile courts in Shab-e-Barat

DHAKA: Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) will operate eight mobile courts on the night of Shab-e-Barat.

DMP commissioner Benzir Ahmed told banglanews, “Apart form deployment of sufficient police forces, DMP will operate eight mobile courts in different parts of the city.”  

He also requested guardians to refrain their children from blasting crackers in different areas as devotees can offer prayers sans facing any disturbance.
