Man found dead in Noakhali

NOAKHALI: A man was found dead in Tinpukuria area under Senbag upazila on Thursday morning.

The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Senbag Thana SI Akram Uddin Sheikh told banglanews, “Locals informed the police about a male body lying on the road in Tinpukuria area near Noakhali-Feni highway around 8:30am.”

Later, police rushed in around 10am and sent the body to Noakhali Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.

Akram Uddin Sheikh said that the body bore several injury marks.

An unnatural death case was filed with the thana in the connection, he added.
