DHAKA: The government has decided to appoint Muhammad Enayet Hussain, currently serving as the Consul General of Bangladesh in Los Angeles, USA as the new Ambassador of Bangladesh to the State of Qatar.
A career diplomat, Muhammad Enayet Hussain belongs to the 1986 batch of BCS (Foreign Affairs) Cadre.
In his distinguished diplomatic career, besides being the Consul General of Bangladesh in Los Angeles, he served in the Bangladesh Consulate General, Jeddah, Bangladesh High Commission, Brunei, Bangladesh Embassy, Doha and Bangladesh Embassy, Berlin in various capacities
Muhammad Enayet Hussain obtained an MA in English Literature from Dhaka University.
He also graduated successfully from National Defence College, Dhaka.
