DHAKA: Noted jurist Dr Kamal Hossain Saturday urged the government to take action against culprits involved with share market scam by December 16 next.
He came up with the plea in a dialogue on National Budget 2012-13 organized by Center for Policy Dialogue (CPD) in the morning.
Dr Kamal said, “Why not any case was filed in the last three years against persons involved?”
He said, “The Finance Minister might be powerless but the people are not, so disclose the names, then people will take action against them.”
Among others, Planning Minister AK Khandakar, politicians, economists and people from different walks of life were present in the prgramme presided over by former minister M Syeduzzaman.
