Rehab Summer Fair begins Thursday

DHAKA: The four-day Rehab Summer Fair-2012 will kick off at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre on Thursday, aiming to promote the housing sector.

Communications Minister Obaidul Quader is expected to inaugurate the fair in the morning.

The organizers came up with the decision at a press conference held in the National Press Club in the city on Tuesday.

There will be a total of 166 stalls in the fair. Of them, there will be some 161 developer companies and 5 building material companies in the four-day ‘Rehab Fair 2012’.

A total of 15 companies including East West Properties Development Limited will be co- sponsor of the fair.

Among others, acting Rehab president Sultana Saheda Islam, vice-president Abdur Rahim Khan, general secretary Murad Iqbal Chowdhury, fair standing committee chairman Rabiul Haq were present in the press meet.
