Truck runs over traffic police

DHAKA: A traffic police was killed under wheels of a truck while discharging his duty in the city`s Mohakhali area on Saturday morning.

The deceased was identified as Mahmud, a traffic police.

The incident took place near the Mohakhali police box around 11:30am.

Banani Thana Inspector (Investigation) Moinul Islam confirmed the matter to banglanews.
