BNP invites Ashraf to Iftar party

DHAKA: The opposition BNP invited Awami League General Secretary and also Local Government Minister Syed Ashraful Islam to attend Iftar Party to be held on July 23.

Opposition Chief Whip Jainul Abdin Farroque went to secretariat on Monday noon to give the invitation letter to the minister on behalf of BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia.

In absence of minister, Ashraf’s Private Secretary (PS) Ashok Madab Roy received the letter.

“BNP will invite all the ministers to the Iftar Party,” Farroque said while talking to journalists.
