1 succumbs to injuries in B’baria

BRAHMANBARIA: A 24-year-old youth succumbed to his injuries Friday at hospital who was injured earlier in a road accident in Khatabari area under Bijoynagar upazila of the district on Thursday.

Sub-Inspector of Islampur Police Camp Nur Hossain said, “A rashly driven truck rammed over an auto-rickshaw, leaving its two passengers dead on the spot and three others injured critically on Thursday evening.”

The injured were rushed to Madhabpur Upazila Health Complex where one of them died on Friday, he added.
