3-dy secy made hajj officers

DHAKA: The government has appointed three deputy secretaries of the religion ministry as the assistant hajj officers to perform hajj duty in Mecca, Medina and Jeddah of Saudi Arabia.

Ministry of Public Administration has issued an order on Tuesday in this regard.

Personal secretary to the Religion Minister Kamrul Hasan was appointed to Jeddah, deputy secretary (Admin) Dr Md Mohiuddin to Mecca and deputy secretary (Hajj) Jahangir Alam to Medina.

The ministry order also said the officers have to back to their previous job after the hajj task.

Another order from the ministry, four deputy secretaries and three senior secretaries’ level posts were reshuffled.
