Minors drown in Patuakhali

BAUPHAL, PATUAKHALI: Two minors drowned in two separate incidents in Bauphal of the District on Saturday.

The deceased were identified as Tanzila, 3, daughter of Ripon Mia and Jisan, 5, son of Kajol Hawlader of Nazirpur village.

Family sources said that they were drowned in home-side ponds while playing.

They were rushed to Bauphal Hospital where doctor declared them dead, sources added.
