DHAKA: The Tigers will be missing ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan for Thursday's game against the Afghans.

Shakib is supposed to leave Dubai for Dhaka at 6:30pm Bangladesh time Wednesday (September 19).

On September 20, he will fly back to Dubai, to join the squad.

Besides, Tamim Iqbal is expected to back home Tuesday (September 18) as his Asia Cup campaign was cut short due to fracture in wrist. Mushfiqur Rahim also has been suffeing injury in rib.

The match against the Afghans under group-B will be held at Dubai Stadium at Bangladesh time 5:30pm Thursday.
