DHAKA: Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated the program of distributing free textbooks among students at Ganabhaban in Dhaka on Saturday (December 31).
Education minister Nurul Islam Nahid, primary and mass education minister Mostafizur Rahman Fizar and others were present here.
Terming education as the main weapon for building poverty-free Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina said her government is determined to achieve the goal.
