Road crash kills 1 in Dinajpur

DINAJPUR: A minor was killed in a road accident in Biral Upazila of the district on Friday.
The deceased was identified as Siam, 5, son of Ruhul Amin, of Singuil Village of the Upazila.
Family sources said a rashly driven motorcycle knocked the child down while he was playing on the roadside nearby home, leaving him injured critically.
Later, he was rushed to Dinajpur Medical College Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Confirming the matter, Dinajpur Kotwali Thana Officer-in-Charge Aslam Iqbal told banglanews, a case was filed under Motor Vehicle Act with the Thana in this connection.
