Khaleda off to Saudi Arabia Friday
DHAKA: BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, opposition leader of the parliament, will go to Saudi Arabia on Friday night for treatment.
The former prime minister will land at Dubai International Airport with a flight of Emirates Airlines.
Earlier, the opposition leader took treatment from Bangkok.
She was scheduled to Saudi Arabia to take treatment but due to movement against the government she cancelled the schedule.
Recently, the Saudi ambassador to Dhaka met Khaleda Zia and invited her on behalf of the Saudi King Abdullah to visit the country.
Khaleda is scheduled to return home on June 21.
