2 killed in Kishoreganj lightning

KISHOREGANJ: Two people were killed and two others injured as lightning struck them in Raikhola village under Kotiadi upazila of the district Sunday.
The deceased were identified as Lal Mia, 45, son of Thandu Mia and Abdul Hashim, 75 of the area.
Sources said that lightning hit them while they were catching fish in local canal, leaving two dead on the spot and two others injured.
Local UP chairman Altab Hossain confirmed the matter to banglanews.
