Motorcyclist killed in Savar road crash

SAVAR (DHAKA): A motorcyclist was killed as a truck ran over him in front of Tetuljhora School under Savar Thana Saturday morning.
The deceased was identified as Habibur Rahman Oli, 40, son of Tofazzol Hossain, of Faridpur district. He was the in-charge of Hallmark Group Fabrics.
Police sources said a truck knocked Habibur down while he was going to his office at about 9am, leaving him dead on the spot.
Confirming the death, Savar Model Thana SI Masum Khan told banglanews the body was recovered and taken to the police station.
But, police could not seize the killer truck or its driver.
