3 robbers held in Kishoreganj

KISHOREGANJ: Locals held three robbers while looting fishes worth Tk 7 lakh in Chhatirchar Haor area under Nikli Upazila Wednesday morning.
One Khairul Alam told banglanews a nine-member gang of robbers attacked the fishing boat of fishermen and looted fishes worth Tk 7 lakh.
Locals besieged the robbers hearing the scream of the fishermen at about 8: 30am. Six members of the gang managed to flee the scene with the fishes. But, locals captured three robbers.
The identity of the robbers could not be known immediately.
On information, police left Nikli Thana for the spot.
