Hajj cash deposition deadline extended up to Jul 1

DHAKA: The government has extended the deadline for the deposition of Hajj money up to July 1 following the demands of Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HUB) and the Hajj pilgrimages.
Public Relations Officer of the Religion Ministry Anwar Hossain confirmed the matter to banglanews on Wednesday afternoon.
The total amount has to be deposited in a single installment, he added.
According to the previous schedule, the deadline was June 20.
