Indonesian envoy meets DU VC

DHAKA UNIVERSITY: Indonesian Ambassador in Bangladesh Jet Mirzal Zainuddin Monday met with Dhaka University Vice Chancellor Professor AAMS Arefin Siddique.
They talked about their respective interests including introducing joint cooperative programmes in education and research sectors between Dhaka University and Indonesian Universities during the meeting.
DU VC Arefin Siddique informed the Indonesian envoy about the history, education and research programmes of Dhaka University.
The Indonesian Ambassador also told the DU VC about the education system of his country and Indonesian scholarships for the Bangladeshi students.
Professor Arefin Siddique thanked Jet Mirzal for showing interest in signing a MoU on operating joint cooperative programmes with Dhaka University.
