Students hounoured in Pabna

PABNA: More than one thousand students of Ishwardi were honoured for their outstanding performance in SSC exams.
The programme was held under the joint initiative of Shaptahik Ishwardi and Cambrian College with the financial support of Cambrian School & College and BSB Foundation on Friday.
The students were hounoured on the occasion of 10th anniversary of Shaptahik Ishwardi held at the Ishwardi Iman Community Center.
Cambrian School and College and BSB Foundation chairman Lion M K Bashar said, “These students are the light of the country and they will one day enlighten the society.”
Among others, Ishwardi SM School and College Principal Ainul Islam, Ishwardi Press Club President and weekly Jandabir Editor Alauddin Ahmed, Ishwardi Acting Editor of weekly Chetana freedom fighter Fazlur Rahman Fantu were also present in the programme presided over by editor of weekly Ishwardi and banglanews Ishwardi Correspondent Selim Sardar.
