One killed in city road crush

DHAKA: One person was killed in a road accident in Banasree area of the city Friday.
The deceased was identified as Nur Hossain Alam, 32, son of Shamsul Alam, hailed from Munshiganj district. He was a bus driver.
His father told banglanews that a pickup knocked him down while he was about to board on a leguna for returning home in the area, leaving him injured critically.
He was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where doctor declared him dead, he added.
