Destiny-2000 chairman sued

DHAKA: Three persons including Rafiqul Amin, chairman of Destiny-2000 Ltd also managing director of Baishakhi Media Ltd, were sued over irregularities on Monday morning.
MNH Bulu, BNS group chairman also a shareholder of Baishakhi media Ltd, filed the case with Dhaka Chief Metropolitan magistrate Court on Monday.
Bulu’s lawyer Advocate Tapos Kumar Datta confirmed it to banglanews.
As per the allegation, the case was filed as an income tax return of the company has been submitted to Joint Stock Company with false information and forfeited stamp duty memo.
The two other accused are directors of Baishakhi Media Ltd Irfan Ahmed Sunny and Syed Sajjad Hoaasin.
Metropolitan magistrate Saifur Rahman will give order in this regard on Monday noon after taking statement.
