Air Chief meets President

DHAKA: Air Staff Chief Air Marshal M Enamul Bari called on President M Zillur Rahman at Bangabhaban on Monday.
During meeting, Bari informed the President of various modernization activities of the Bangladesh Air Force.
He informed the president that he would leave country for Moscow on August 8 to attend a centenary function of Russian Air Force.
He, however, said he is expected to return home on August 14.
The President recalled the Russian contribution during the Liberation War of Bangladesh.
Zillur assured the Air Chief to continue all out cooperation for the ongoing modernization endeavor of the Bangladesh Air Force.
Secretaries concerned of the President’s Office were present.
