Industries Ministry publishes Trademark Rules draft

DHAKA: The Industries Ministry has published the draft of Trademark Rules-2012 in its website to secure the intellectual property and to ensure equal competition in business.
A ministry press note, signed by its senior information officer Abdul Jalil, on Sunday made the disclosure.
The draft rules can be downloaded from the following website www.moind.gov.bd.
The news release said interested ones and stakeholders are requested to submit their comments and recommendations to the following email address within the next 30 days, shubhashish.saha@yahoo.com.
