DHAKA: Opposition Chief Whip Zainal Abdin Farroque Friday said the party would not tolerate anymore if the government tries to obstruct their democratic movement.
“We are in the crucial moment. We will not tolerate anymore if the government obstruct our democratic movement,” he said.
The senile leader of the party came up with the forewarning while addressing in a human chain held at the National Press Club.
The human chain demo was organized by Dhaka College Chhatra Dal demanding release of Dhaka City North Chhatra Dal President Kamal Anwar Ahmed.
He added: “BNP will not attend any election under party government as people won’t allow any election without caretaker government.”
Dhaka College unit president Al Masud Talukder in the chair, the human chain demo was also addressed, among others, BNP student affairs secretary Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Annie MP and Jubo Dal acting secretary Mim Newaz.
