PABNA: Awami League acting general secretary Mahbub-ul-Alam Hanif said, opposition`s demand for parliament election under caretaker government is merely a political strategy.
He said, the next parliament election will fairly and neutrally be held under political government and opposition BNP will participate in the election.
Hanif said in a press briefing Saturday afternoon after his meeting with party leaders and activists on the occasion of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina`s upcoming Pabna visit.
He also blamed the opposition saying BNP is looking for opportunities to hide corruptions and Coco-Tarique money scams during 4-party alliance government and also to protect war criminals.
Earlier, Hanif told party leaders and activists to work together to make Prime Minister and also party head`s Pabna visit successful.
He also expected a gathering of huge crowds at Hasina`s meeting in Pabna and hoped she will play a pioneering role for the development of the district.
